We will remember May of 2000 for the unusual snow-storm that dumped about 20 inches of snow on us over a 3 day period.
As I write this the snow is almost all melted.
We had anglers here every day of the storm and every body caught fish including some surface action.
The River is down to 50cfs in preparation for Spring run-off.
Dry fly fishing is starting in earnest with more Caddis showing up every day. The stone flys are still crawling out on the edges.
We have very clear water until late afternoon and then it gets just a little tea colored.
Book a day in May for some great fishing.
