Boxwood Gulch Fishing Report for Sat, 02 Jul 2005

Ray is an excellent angler and at 95 years of age has forgot more about trout fishing than most of us will ever know. His grandson, James, brought him to Boxwood last week and between the 2 of them they landed about 65 trout. All species and all sizes and the 350 cfs of water was no match for their skills and patience. Their guide, Stacey Ferguson, from the FlyFisher, needed a massage treatment from netting all of the fish.

Fishing is just great in very clear 350-475 cfs of water. You can easily see all of the 24 inch and larger trout that you will be fishing to. Book a trip with one of our excellent outfitters and spend the day landing fish instead of traveling to some far off location.
