October fishing was unreal. Ask Phyllis how many huge fish like this her group landed. We had groups of 4 to 8 anglers landing 100+ fish with most of the fish over 20 inches.
The weather and water flows were really outstanding. Just about anything you tossed out with a good drift resulted in a hook-up. Some good choices were….Copper Johns, Princes, Midges, egg patterns, streamers.
My advice….. if you want to fish Boxwood in October is to make your reservation by June.
